The goal of our support staff is to do whatever it takes to help our therapists and our patients succeed.  Among their administrative duties, Cole Therapy Center’s medical director and social worker help therapists customize therapy plans with high but achievable goals. With a warm smile and a cheery ‘hello,’ our administrative personnel keep the communication open between patients, parents, doctors and staff.  As for the financial side of therapy, our billing manager assists families in attaining the maximum insurance coverage possible under each healthcare plan.
