The Cole Healthcare Story

Since its inception in 2000, Cole Therapy Center has provided services to thousands of individuals through speech, physical and occupational therapy, as well as social work and psychological services.

Cole Therapy Center (CTC) was founded in the summer of 2000 by Adam and Jennifer Cole. A short time later, CTC opened its original location on Louetta Road in Houston Texas. The undeniable passion for children and adults displayed by Jennifer Cole and her staff was expressed upon each patient that walked through the doors of the therapy center. Shortly thereafter, CTC expanded into a multidisciplinary facility including occupational and physical therapy for pediatrics.

Cole Therapy Center opened its second location in Spring, Texas in the fall of 2004. This facility was an expansive 8,500 sq. ft. facility equipped with a 1000 sq. ft. gymnasium, sensory room and 22 individual therapy rooms.

To better serve the community in Northwest Houston, Cole Therapy Center opened its third location off of 290 and Pinemont in early 2008. This latest facility is state of the art and again furnishes a complete gym, along with 14 individual therapy rooms.

In 2005, Cole Home Healthcare was founded to serve the pediatric and geriatric community throughout Houston. This exciting new company allows Cole Healthcare to reach those patients that may be homebound and unable to attend a treatment at a Cole Therapy Center facility.

Adam and Jennifer Cole, along with the entire staff at Cole Healthcare Services, continue to dedicate their lives to their passion of serving the community through therapeutic care. It is that devotion that has made Cole Healthcare Services the amazing organization that it is today.
